"What is it?" asked Berrystar. "What has happened?" said Berrystar. Hollyflower, Dapplepaw's mentor ran over to her. She nudged Dapplepaw. "Dapplepaw?" called Berrystar. "Something happened Tigerstar sorry Berrystar," responded Hollyflower. "She won't respond to anything." "Dapplepaw?" "What's wrong with Dapplepaw?" "No idea." "Well we will see what she is like in the morning, for now we must rest we are traveling tomorrow." The clan nodded. "She won't wake up" Hollyflower's distressed cry woke the clan. "Berrystar, Berrystar." Berrystar shook his head and pointed his tail towards Dragonwhisker. "Oh right. Dragonstar." "Dragonstar she won't wake up. What do I do?" "Um," he said looking to Berrystar. Berrystar just flicked his ears indicating that he was leader for today. "Right. Blossompaw fetch the medicine cats. Deputies fetch go hunt, then check in with me." They nodded. "Then I would like Birchtail, Emberberry, Hollowberry and Littlemouse in my den." Mintclaw, Nightblaze, and Skypaw can you get some moss soaked with water. Also, Seedwhisker, Ashstorm and Shadowleaf can you watch the camp. After the patrols get back we will see if Dapplepaw has made any improvement and head out." The cats nodded and raced away. Later in the afternoon the cats came back. "Has Dapplepaw made any improvement?" Hollyflower shook her head. "Mintclaw bring some moss. Hollyflower will she drink any water?" Hollyflower shook her head. "Set the moss on her head, she if she reacts." Hollyflower did so but Dapplepaw didn't twitch. "We have to leave tonight now, Hollyflower and Brightpool you can help carry Dapplepaw. Kits still stay with their mothers, and apprentices with mentors. Now we have to leave." Berrystar jumped up and said "I would like to give a warm congratulations to Dragonstar he was a good leader and we honor him as our leader for a day. Now tomorrow's leader is going to be Ashstar. Ashstar I would like to speak to you over in the edge of the woods. We are going to be traveling when you begin the leadership. I would like you to keep the clan moving until I think we should stop."
